Fee Structure - Home Buying

For a fee of £250 we can search for homes providing a shortlist of 4 homes that match our clients brief. We will then negotiate the sale and charge a commission of 10%  on the difference between the asking price and agreed selling price of the property. 

As the price of our service increases to £500, the time we can spend helping our clients find their dream homes will also increase.  

At the top end of our service we will charge a fee of £1000 to begin the search process. After an initial consultation we will accompany and organise our viewings, leaving no stone unturned and charge 1% of the agreed selling price.

Fee Structure - Rental

We charge £250-£500 depending on budget plus a completion fee of 1 months rent.
