So who are we?!

We wanted to make the process of buying a house as simple and as pain free as possible to everyone. More and more people are using home finders or home buying agents to buy houses, but at present the industry is geared to those with a big budget. 

Here at Propy we really wanted to provide a home buying service to all people no matter of their budget. 

We could only find services that charged a huge fee and took a similar commission at the end of the sale. Now this whilst being fine for those with big budgets it did mean that for those with a reduced budget like first time buyers, help was not as easy to locate. We really wanted everyone to be able to afford home finding help and guidance. 

We have created a service allowing everyone to truly benefit form the benefits of a home finding service. Our fee's range from £250-£1000 depending on home buying budget and levels of service required. 

We can help provide a shortlist of properties for you to look at. Additional services include accompanied and organised viewing's from £500. For the packages at £250 and £500 we will then negotiate and charge 10% commission on the money we save you when negotiating the sale price on your behalf.
